Refund & Cancellation Policy

At JT Project, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which orders may be cancelled, returned, and refunded.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy.

1. Order Cancellation

A. Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
  • To request cancellation, contact us immediately at:
    order@jtproject.in
  • If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

B. After Shipment

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • You may request a return after delivery eligibility.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item does not match the description
  • The size does not fit (if size exchange is allowed)

Return Conditions:

  • Request must be made within [7/10/15] days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Tags must be intact
  • Invoice/Proof of purchase is required

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Innerwear & intimate products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

6. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For other reasons (size issue/change of mind), return shipping charges may apply.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your bank/payment provider
  3. If still not resolved, contact us at:
